采用車輛齒輪與工業齒輪相結合的熱處理方式，減小熱處理變形，從而使減少機械加工工序設置和加工余量成為可能。

氮化：

我公司目前擁有進口臥式滲氮爐生產線和井式滲氮爐。

設備均由智能儀表與熱電偶、氫探頭（+氧探頭）分別自動控制爐內溫度和氣氛，按設定程序自動完成全部過程，設備能力完全滿足SAE AMS 2759/10A和12A的要求。

氮化零件質量穩定地達到AMS 2759/10A-Class 1級（化合物層在13um以內）。另外，也可根據顧客要求生產Class 0級（無化合物層）氮化件。
